Sarah Barr is the administrative assistant at A Chance In Life. Originally from Portland, Oregon Sarah graduated the University of Oregon with a B.A. in International Studies and a double minor in Political Science and French. After completing her undergraduate degree, Sarah spent a year in France teaching English to public school children. 

With a background in education and international affairs, Sarah is inspired by A Chance In Life’s mission to empower at-risk youth and is excited to be a part of an organization that supports positive youth development programs both internationally and locally.
