Roy Van Pelt

Consultant, Lathrop Construction

After graduating from College, I started my career in the Construction Industry in the late 60s. Starting on a job site and then moving up the ranks, I moved into management as an estimator and project manager on large projects. By 40 I was the vice president of a major Bay Area commercial construction firm. In 1984 I became a partner in Lathrop Construction Assoc. Inc. and had a highly successful career until my retirement in 2012. Remaining on staff as a resource for my newer partners (some of the finest men I have had the pleasure of knowing). All of my success has been with the loving support of my wife of more than 55 years and my great family and friends.
