Robert Iommazzo
Robert is a co-founder and Managing Partner of SEBA International, leading the firm’s Global Risk & Finance practice. He has over twenty years of executive recruiting experience advising Boards, CEOs, and C-suite executives on key leadership appointments in Risk, Finance, and Regulation.
Robert began his career in executive search at A-L Associates, Inc. in the firm’s Accounting and Finance practice. Prior to entering his career in executive search, Robert worked for Hogan Lovells LLP based in Washington, D.C.
As an active member of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA), Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), Robert frequently speaks on recruiting trends and succession planning.
Additionally, Robert serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for A Chance in Life (ACIL). He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Metropolitan Opera (MetOpera) and is active with the American Enterprise Institute (AEI). Robert holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business from Loyola University Maryland.
