Jerome Kilbane was born in Brooklyn, NY and holds a Masters degree in Sociology from St. John’s University in Queens. He has spent the bulk of his career working with young people at Covenant House, the largest privately funded program for homeless youth in the world. 

In 1999 he started Covenant House Pennsylvania and later served as Executive Director of Covenant House New York.  In addition he has worked for a number of  agency’s serving the disadvantaged including Catholic Charities, Good Counsel Homes and Nazareth Regional High School. Jerome is currently married, has two children, and lives in Brooklyn.
