Clara Chahwan is the Senior Vice President and Deputy at A Chance In Life. She has been working with the organization for a little over two years, and has enjoyed meeting new people and learning something new every day! She has a deep passion for nonprofit work, especially supporting and empowering young people around the world. 

Originally born in Lebanon, Clara moved to the US with her family when she was 7 years old. Since an early age, she has been passionate about global issues and an international focus. Clara received her BA in International Affairs at the George Washington University and double minored in Spanish and Sociocultural Anthropology. She enjoys applying what she learned in real-world scenarios, thanks to A Chance In Life’s work around the world.
