Chris loves his position as the Director of Community Engagement for The Village giving him the opportunity to interact with the residents and other like-minded professionals. He came to A Chance In Life from a collective impact organization, the Staten Island Community Partnership for which he was Director for 4 years. That role gave him the foundation to help craft solutions to solve the systemic problems experienced by the most vulnerable children and families in Staten island and New York City.

After a 35-year career in retail, sales, information technology and customer service management he decided to follow his passion for community work and volunteering in community-based organizations and turned it into the final phase of his working career. Helping young people grow and succeed is both his and A Chance In Life’s mission.
